I gotta give Eric B some serious props! The dude was a lifesaver for my household! I was convinced I smelled something funky in my daughter's room, but my husband thought I was totally bonkers... I even brought in a plumber to sniff out the problem, and he told me it wasn't sewer gas, so I almost canned my appointment with Sleuth and trusted the plumber instead - yeah, over my husband, lol! But Eric drove four hours to do a smoke test for me, and not only did we find the leak exactly where I thought it was, but we also found another one in my kitchen pipes! Very fast acknowledgment of contact from the web even on a Saturday. Scheduled for the following week called and pulled appointment in a day. John, the tech who came out was professional and courteous. Explained everything he was doing. Found leak and exposed it making it very easy for a plumber to come out and fix the problem.
