Ryan came out today and found the leak in the slab in under 15 Min! He did a great job and he opened up the slab to show me were it was at. We have always used Sleuth for our rental properties whenever a leak cannot be found by a plumbing company.

I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Sleuth, Inc. Joe Craciun, their technician, did a superb job. He methodically tracked down the under slab leak in my garage. He explained the process and results in detail and left his personal phone number with me in case I had any follow up questions. Highly recommended.

So grateful to have discovered this company- my water bills have been through the roof! From the office staff to the techs, they are a hallmark of courtesy & efficiency. I called on Friday and they were out on Monday, with an early morning phone call to advise just when they'd be out. Field technician John could not be nicer or more knowledgeable. In less than an hour he had pinpointed the leak and forwarded his findings, along with video, to my plumber to come out and fix this nightmare. So relieved! Thanks, John! Thanks, Sleuth!

Stellar experience. Our technical specialist (Shawne) was knowledgeable and informative. Even with a built in vanity over the suspected leak, the pinhole leak was found within the one square foot area that he determined.

When our plumber was unable to find the source of a leak after we found our house flooded, we were referred - and I’m so glad we were - to Sleuth who came out and were within minutes able to find the source (slab leak). They were absolutely fantastic!!!! , communicative, professional, on time, and friendly. We used them again recently to do a smoke test to find the source of H2S odors in our guest bath and once again they came to the rescue saving me from so much personal aggravation and embarrassment (who wants a stinky guest bath??!?!??). OH MY GOSH!!! THANK YOU SLEUTH for saving us not just once, but twice!!!!!!

My plumber recommended Sluth Inc to locate a possible pipe leak within a wall of our garage. John C with Sluth had all of the right tools and was super polite and professional throughout the process. The price of $375 and an hour was well worth it. Very happy with the service received and will definitely call John at Sluth again if need be.
