Marty, my videoscoping technician was great! He communicated with me clearly throughout the process; he called as I requested 1/2 hr before arriving on my property; he took my call while doing the job and he called when the job was done to give further insight into the condition of my cast iron plumbing. The price was reasonable considering the plumbing of 4 apartments was scoped and the price includes a written report of the findings. I have not received the report yet, but I am expecting it will have the same high quality as the service Marty gave me. I really appreciate that Marty told me... to please. We contacted this company due to the hot water pressure being low in the master bathroom. Matthew Booth was our tech and we were so pleased! He came in and immediately got to work to locate the issue and was very professional and extremely nice. Excellent service from start to end. The initial call for service was answered quickly and an appointment was scheduled on the first call. Service Tech - Pete called ahead to let us know he was on the way. He arrived as scheduled and was very polite, efficient and professional. He utilized a detection tool that enabled him to determine the exact point of our water leak. The plumber recommended Sleuth Leak Detection to save on unnecessary cuts in the drywall. It was a relief to know the exact spot of the leak. We will be utilizing a plumber and a contractor to repair.

Ryan was the best! He had excellent customer service skills, was very kind and professional, made me feel very comfortable, answered all of my questions and gave some great first time homeowner advice. No one could find where our water entered our home. 3 different guys and a total of about 8 hours...nothing. I called Sleuth and Pete found it in about an hour. Worth every penny! Now we can get a shut off valve installed above ground and get a water softener installed. Very highly recommended.

Bobby Johnston went to work as soon as he arrived and was able to locate an area where he suspected the leak to be. The leak was most likely just a pinhole in a pipe, but was located underneath the kitchen island. He then busted open the slab and he was within 4” of the actual pinhole leak. He was able to install a temporary fix until we can get a plumber to make a permanent repair. Bobby and Sleuth exceeded my expectations in finding the small leak. Will definitely use Sleuth Leak detection if we need leak detection in the future.

I I work for a plumbing company in Sarasota Florida and have used sleuth off and on for 20 years. I haven't had a leak yet that sleuth couldn't find. Recently we have had a run on damaged under the slab PEX pipe during construction, leaks on PEX pipe are not easy to find. I've been working with one of sleuth younger employees Tyler who is professional and is done a great job sometimes finding these leaks in under an hour.

Called Sleuth for a second opinion ,So glad I did!, Randy the field technician was awesome, his advice is going to save me thousands. He even left notes on his business card for the plumber and encouraged me to have the plumber call him before repairing the leak. I thought I was going to have to rip up the tile in a very large walk in shower before I called Sleuth for a second opinion. I wish I had called them first, I now have two holes in my foundation and ruined carpet from the first company trying to find the leak.

We had a different leak detection company out to find a shower leak. They could not and after months of dealing with the Insurance company we finally had Ryan Rumreich from Sleuth. He was very professional, knowledgeable and detected a leak in the wall with in about 15 minutes. He also checked the shower pan and other areas to make sure there was not another issue. I used Sleuth Leak Detection to find a leak at my rental Properties. I had multiple Plumbers and other leak Detection companies come out. They were not able to find anything. Amazingly great!! We had a leak losing 40 gallons an hour which another leak detection service could not find so we had to leave the water to our house turned off. Then a plumber referred us to Sleuth. Kevin from Sleuth found the leak exactly where it was under the floor and repaired the damaged pipe with minimal disruption to the floor. We also had a leak in our pool which the company who had just resurfaced our pool could not find. Kevin from Sleuth also found that leak, behind a new pool light that was just installed, and patched that leak as well. We noticed signs of water staining and microbial growth in the top corner of the living room in November last year. Bobby located the leak in adjacent unit last Wednesday. We live in a townhouse where the neighbors ac unit is above our stairway landing. We noticed a leak but could not determine where it was coming from, as her unit appeared dry. We were told Sleuths was a great leak detection company. Randy came out and was very diligent in finding the leak, which happened to be hidden in the other unit. My plumber suggested I call Sleuth Leak Detection to find where the water intrusion was coming from. The Technician (Matthew) came out on time of appointment, spent about 1 1/2 hrs testing and hunting for the water intrusion source. Everyone thought it was coming from the master bathroom but after Matt tested all areas in the bathroom it was decided that was not the cause. Matt went into the attic and found no problem there. Next he went outside and checked the exterior wall and sound a hairline crack that when the sprinklers were on was hitting the wall in that area. he ran a hose while I... went in and looked for a leak. Sure enough a small trickle of water appeared. Matt marked the crack and I will repair. This turned out to be much cheaper job then I was anticipating. My mom's house had a leak somewhere in the kitchen that the plumbers could not find. We called Sleuth, who sent their technician Ryan out. Ryan was excellent. He showed up when he told us he would, was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. He found the leak, which ended up being a pinprick size hole in a supply line. He answered all of our questions, and was even able to help us find a dry out company to come out on a Sunday afternoon. I would highly recommend this company, and Ryan in particular.
