Jay and Brian came out today to find an elusive leak that has haunted us for over a year. They were both very professional and helpful in explaining everything. This is the second time Sleuth has been to the house so kind of skeptical to have them come again. To my surprise, he quickly found the leak-the same leak they found on the first visit! He took me through his process and actually showed me how the leak occurs (only during showers) and the simple fix of sealant around the escutcheon plate. My plumber recommended to call them so we didn't have to cut a hole in the wall. Caller on Monday and by Wednesdays Matthew was here. He was super professional, and nice. Explained everything and answered all my questions.

Update: Leak wasn't what was found. It was complicated because our bathroom is under our laundry room(leak in bathroom). Sleuth said it was coming from a hose. Unfortunately it was coming from our roof. So thats a bummer because we thought it was fixed and it caused more damage with hurricane season. Im not changing my rating because of how nice he was, and who would of thought to check the roof. I just wish it would of been explained that it might not be the hose they found especially after several hundred dollars for the leak inspection

We are SOOOOO amazed at Technician Brian's thorough work in locating our leak.
We had our pool leak detected about 3 to 4 years ago and I honestly believe it has been leaking this whole time because the last company failed to test the pipes. Brian however was extremely thorough as I watched this Technician. I was super impressed with how focused and determined he was to make sure that he located our leak. We've also seen failed leak detections with water leaks inside the home so I was a little nervous. But Brian did such a good job that not only did he locate the exact area for us to cut into the concrete deck, but the actual leak was centered exactly in the middle of that square that he had taped off.
