Sleuth Leak Detection sent Mr. Philip Eddy to detect an underground water leak in my lanai. He was efficient, intelligent, professional and very respectful of my property. Very quickly, he fouind the leak, cleaned up the muddy mess his work created and went to his next assignment. If only every service provider was as easy to deal with as Mr. Eddy! The technician (Bobby) called us promptly in the morning to tell us the 2 hour window when he'd arrive. He arrived on time. He found where the leak was within a half hour, and then fixed it in the next hour by cutting a hole in the floor and plugging the leak. We're very satisfied with the work.

Bobby did a great job detecting our slab leak. He was very professional, patient and kind. He explained the entire process and found the leak without any damage to our walls. He also told us what to expect from the plumber and insurance company. He even went a step further and told us he would call to follow-up after the plumber comes. It’s nice to have an expert opinion to guide us with the plumber and insurance company. Hopefully, we won’t have another leak in the future but we will use them if we do!
