I had my plumber tell me we had a hot side leak and recommended Sleuth to find the leak. Scheduling was easy and convenient. My tech, Bobby, called me twice with both my service window and when he was on the way. When him and his trainee (I forgot his name but he did great work too!) arrived, they got right to work locating the leak. They were efficient and explained every step along the way. Very up front about pricing. They offered to excavate the leak and put a temporary repair on for much less than I would have thought. They were professional, informative and efficient and at a fair price.

If you are unfortunate enough to have a hard to locate leak under a concrete slab you should use this company. Our technician John did an excellent job locating the leak, which actually turned out to be two leaks as the hot and cold lines were located next to each other. Apparently when the coupling in one line started leaking it damaged the other line. John was very considerate, knowledgeable and professional. He went out of his way to minimize damage to our floor during the necessary excavation required. Given the time and effort involved, I considered the price reasonable.

I had water leak somewhere and flooded the house. The first leak detection from another company that I had can not find the leak. But John Craciun from Sleuth came out to help and found the leak under the concrete slap in one of the room! John was very knowledgeable and professional; I am so impressed with his work. We are extremely happy with the service provided by Sleuth Leak Detection and our Tech Bobby and his partner. A detailed search was performed and we were consistently updated on progress and next steps as they went through the elimination process trying to find the leak. Thankfully they were eventually able to find the source of the leak. Our leak was extremely challenging to find because we were unable to replicate the leak or utilize the system that was triggering the leak. All we knew was that water was pooling on our floors intermittently. Leak found and now onto getting it repaired. Thanks Guys, great job!

My neighbor noticed a leak from behind my condo a week ago, we contacted the HOA, was told it was from the roof and it would be handled to discover days later it was a slab leak from my unit instead. 3,300 gallons of water gone! I was recommended by a plumbing company to redo all my pipes for $16K as they had to guess the leak was from deep under my unit. I was then recommended to Slueth for leak detection just to be sure a full scrap+replumb is really necessary, who sent John Craciun the very next day. He was absolutely incredible! Within an hour he had the leak detected and offered to get it clamped while I work with my plumbing company on a permanent repair to a pinhole pipe.
