Professional and respectful. He did a detailed inspection with clear and concise reporting. The main issue was in the kitchen where the plumber said the problem wasn’t the dishwasher leaking but Bobby found otherwise and showed me video of the dishwasher leak in progress.

Found the cause of a leak I had been dealing with for the past 3 years within an hour and a half.Florida State roofing had put a new roof on in 2020 and had already been here three times.Bobby and Noah showed me videos of the water leaking into the attic and in my dining room.Gave me a full explanation of where it was coming in.No more guessing,it was the roof!Extremely professional.Now have a video and report to present to Florida State Roofing to repair my under warranty roof.

Bob and Noah came to find the source of a ceiling leak on my first floor. They found that the leak was at a vent on the roof. The water then traveled along the aluminum dryer (on second floor) vent which explains how the water got to the first floor. Their report was thorough and easy to understand. They were great. Polite, patient, and thorough. Highly recommend.

It is a shame 5 stars is the max offered. Our Technician, John, set the bar very high. Called me to confirm an appointment timing, showed up at that precise time, accommodated me being remote with my memory impacted Aunt onsite, offered a reasonable additional service that allowed our water service to remain active while waiting for a permanent repair. Prompt, efficient, neat, fast work. What more can anyone ask for? I wish ALL service providers had this pride of excellence ingrained in their DNA!

I can’t say enough good things about Sleuth. I had a mystery leak under my shower and was bracing myself for a repair that could run into the tens of thousands. Joe Ciaciun came out with specialized sonar equipment and, in less than an hour, had pinpointed the source. He literally marked an “X” on the floor—and when we opened it up, he was within about six inches of the exact spot. Professional, incredibly precise, and saved us from potentially tearing up a huge area just trying to find the problem. Worth every penny. Five stars.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Sleuth Leak Detection, particularly with my field technician, John Craciun. John spent a couple of hours thoroughly investigating a difficult-to-identify water intrusion issue in my garage. He walked me through every test he performed and explained what he was looking for every step of the way, which I really appreciated. I was also impressed that John was transparent about consulting with his manager throughout the process rather than jumping to conclusions. It was clear that he genuinely wanted to make sure we were considering every possibility before determining the appropriate next step. John was incredibly friendly, patient, and empathetic about what has been a frustrating issue to figure out. He made the entire process much less stressful — and he even took time to give my Great Dane, Izzy, some attention and pets along the way, which earned him extra points in our house! I really appreciated John’s professionalism, thoroughness, and communication and would absolutely recommend Sleuth Leak Detection based on my experience with him.
