JOE CRACIUN from SLEUTH LEAK DETECTION came to look for a hard-to-discover leak in our home. He came when he said he would and he was very patient and professional. He found the leak under our kitchen floor and the slab under our house. He was able to isolate the leak and stop it. He then took pictures and videos which he sent to our plumber to make sure they knew what was needed for the rest of the repair. The cost was very fair and reasonable as well. A+ service. Not only were they extremely competitively priced, but they were able to come out THE SAME DAY, which was a huge relief. And then there was Ryan🤩. What an absolute GEM!!! He was incredibly pleasant, polite, professional, and just genuinely wonderful to work with. As a single woman who handles the joys of homeownership by herself 🙄, I have to be honest — sometimes dealing with these kinds of things can make me feel a little insecure because I don't always know what I'm dealing with. Ryan treated me with nothing but respect, explained what was going on without making me feel stupid or talked down to, and got straight to the point. He diagnosed the problem so I knew exactly what I was dealing with and could get moving on getting it fixed. I had a leak in my kitchen that I thought was a foundation leak under my wood floor. John found the leak pretty quickly. Luckily, it was my old dishwasher that was leaking and not under the foundation. Their communication was great. John called ahead to let me know he was on his way. I highly recommend John and Sleuth.

John was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to explain exactly what he was looking for, what he was testing, and why each step was important. He even went into the attic to look for additional signs of moisture or water intrusion around my daughter’s room and the garage. We had previously submitted three separate work orders through our builder and were told each time that the issues had been fixed, but the moisture continued to return. John approached the problem differently. Through detailed testing, he was able to pinpoint the hidden area where moisture was accumulating and actually replicate the conditions causing the issue. After dealing with this problem repeatedly, it was a huge relief to finally have someone thoroughly investigate it instead of simply treating the visible symptoms. I would absolutely recommend John and Sleuth Leak Detection to anyone dealing with a difficult or hard-to-find water leak.
