Terrific service by technician Bobby. He was professional, explained what he was doing, found the problem, and temporarily fixed the issue. He even offered to call my plumber for me for the permanent fix. I highly recommend your company and will tell my friends. Thank you.
Phillip and John were awesome came into the building and checked everywhere pressure tested as well. The guys were polite and knowledgeable in the service provided. I will be calling sleuth again for any of my future leaks.

These guys were courteous and considerate of me and my belongings; that is to say they were respectful of my house. Their technology was impressive. They located the leak, dug it out, and (fortunately) were able to plug it. They left my house clean. I would highly recommend them.

He took the time to hear all my concerns, did a thorough inspection, and explained in detail his findings which included pictures. We had a significant leak under the kitchen floor tile. Our technician's name was Jason. He was very thorough and detected 3 different issues. One of which he fixed immediately. Outstanding service, Phillip Eddy called and gave us an estimated time of arrival, he arrived on time. He greeted us in a respectful and professional manner. He then explained the process he would be using to find the water leak. I was concerned that the leak was in the concrete slab, after checking he determined it to be a drain leak. Came in, assess the situation and did their work quickly. They didn’t find a leak, but they went through extensive searching for it and found errors done by the plumbing company prior would definitely recommend them.

Philip was my technician who came and located my leak. Being new to this situation is nothing I would wish on my worst enemy. I went from 3000 gallons a month to suddenly 50,000 gallons in 11 days. Philip was very efficient in finding the leak that was causing the damage in my home. He was on time and very friendly, which always helps in stressful situations.
What can I say, Phillip was awesome! He came over to our house at 9:45pm to find a leak that was under our slab. He was very professional, friendly, funny and just a swell person. Haha. Seriously though, he was great. Phillip used his leak finding equipment and walked around the area where we thought the leak was. He was able to knock a hole in our slab and put a temporary fix on our pipe so we can run the water. The whole process took about an hour or so, and I couldn't have been more happy. These guys are the real deal, and Phillip took his work seriously. He actually enjoyed his work and enjoyed being with the company. I would definitely recommend these guys for finding and temporarily fixing your leak.
Jay was absolutely wonderful! We hired Sleuth to come out and help us determine the source of water intrusion after tropical storm Debby and were so glad it was Jay that came out. He was thorough, honest, and extremely helpful. Explained everything to us as well as how to fix the issue and answered every question we had.
