Had a slab leak and they came in and found it quickly, then they dug down to find the exact location of the leak which made it easier for the plumber. Very professional and definitely recommend.

Joe checked in multiple times so I knew his ETA and wasn’t sitting around waiting for him. Explained everything thoroughly and was the epitome of professionalism. He even took the additional step of getting on with my irrigation service to explain his hypothesis and what was occurring at various points around the yard with my irrigation system and potential fixes. We suspected that our house may have a water leak and our plumber recommended Sleuth. Joe came out the next day and was able to perform a thorough inspection of our water lines (both inside and outside the house). Lucky for us there was no leak on our side, and the issue was pre-meter – requiring the city to fix on their end. That said, Joe did an outstanding job, and we could not recommend them enough!

We knew we had a leak because our floors were buckling in front of the dishwasher. We had called out an appliance repair person first who said it was not the dishwasher and to call a plumber. The plumber came out and said it’s not the dishwasher, call someone who specializes in leaks. We called Sleuth and John came out, ran thorough tests and found the leak. It was the dishwasher. We are grateful that John was so thorough and able to find the source!
