Professional and efficient

Absolutely the best in the business. I was lucky to have Joe Craciun show up that day, very sharp guy and very efficient. I had a hot water pipe leaking under my tile and concrete floor and he not only could tell how many gallons per hour the leak was he pinpointed the exact point of the leak. He cut a small amount of concrete and got right to the hole in the pipe. It's stuff like this that keeps people up at night when you have concrete floors. But at least I know I have these guys when the worst happens

We recently had Sleuth find and put a temporary patch on a slab-pipe leak. This is the third leak that Sleuth has found for us in the past 12 years - yes we are considering repiping - and in each case Sleuth has been punctual, professional and, most importantly, successful. This latest leak was a relatively small but constant leak that needed the skills and patience of Joe Craciun to locate. Joe, located the leak, broke through the tile and slab with minimum disruption and put a temporary patch on the leak. Joe was not only a competent professional but also a friendly and informative representative of Sleuth. We highly recommend Sleuth should the need arise.

Phillip Eddy did a great job of helping determine my problem. It turned out that it was not an irrigation leak but rather over watering! It is a rental property so I was unaware of the wasted water. Problem is fixed but he went over and beyond by having a conversation with the pool company to determine whether it was a pool leak. Ty Sleuth and Phillip!

John Craciun came to our home for a leak inspection as he was sent by our home insurance company. He was so professional, knowledgeable, thorough, kind and friendly.
