Had Joe C come to my house. Was prompt -the county was repaving the roads and the refused him to get to my house. Joe moved stuff around and came all the way back same day. He was communicative, found my leak and exposed the leaking pipe. Super nice guy and reasonably priced! Thanks Joe

Great experience with this company. They always call you back. I scheduled a time for someone to come out and they got a slot for the next day out in siesta key.

They explain thoroughly what the process would look like for finding the leak.

The following morning, JOHN called half an hour before our appointment. He’s always in communication with you. He showed up before our schedule time.

Had the good luck to have Jay Blizzard of Sleuth Leak Detection come out to assess a possible leak in my floor. Jay was amazing and an encyclopedia of knowledge about leaks and water intrusion! We had a great expierence with John. He came out and took his time finding our massive leak that caused extensive damage to our home only discovered when we started to pick up flooring for a remodel. He was personable, and explained every finding clearly and in detail. He took a couple of hours and did not rush through any aspect of the inspection at all. I trust his work and assessment.
Ultimately, we need to complete another more extensive assessment after he advocated to our insurance company to expose the pipes and get in there. I would definitely recommend rules company, especially their technician John. He was great and I trust his findings after his thorough and detailed assessment.
