After several attempts to identify a serious water leak, I hired Sleuth. Jay arrived promptly, and quickly discovered the primary source of the leak (a hole in the outside wall, hidden under a pest control box), and several secondary sources (grouting failures and stucco hairline cracks). He did a careful and thorough job, and subsequently provided a detailed report that I was able to share with contractors.This Sleuth analysis was money exceptionally well spent!!

Call Sleuth 1st! We have had a small leak somewhere in the system for over 3 weeks. After going through several plumbers and a different leak detection company, we finally have results as promised! Bobby and John were very professional and friendly. They explained the process along the way and found the leak when no others could. We were told by others that the leak was “possibly” under our laundry room slab and the best solution was to repipe above at a very costly expense Turns out the leak was from an old galvanized pipe in the yard!

Eric Boucher came today to perform a smoke test, because we have had an insect problem since two of our bathrooms were remodeled, and our pest control guy mentioned that some pipes may have been left uncapped in the walls, allowing the insects access to our living space. Eric called this morning to let me know a window when he would arrive. He arrived within the window, and patiently listened to my concerns when I explained the issue. He explained the process and very efficiently performed the smoke test, keeping us apprised of his findings along the way. He could not have been more pleasant. I found Sleuth because of their 5 start review rating, and it is definitely well-deserved! Would absolutely use them again!

Christina in the office was extremely helpful in explaining to me Sleuth’s leak detection procedure. Field Technician Kyle Roberts called a couple hours later and went to work pinpointing the area of the leak under the slab in our food pantry. He then excavated the floor with care and kept things extremely neat while applying a temporary patch so that we could restore water service to the church complex. The price was fair and the service impeccable. I would recommend Sleuth to everyone and I very much appreciate Christina and Kyle!

Bobby is absolutely fantastic! He is knowledgeable, very thorough, and better yet, Bobby listens patiently, processes what is being described to him, doesn’t interrupt, and is able to communicate back to the person talking, what he comprehended that the person was saying. Kyle, walked in the front door an said I see where the leak is.It behind the kitchen wall. I said no, It's in the bedroom under the carpet there is a large wet spot. Thank god he ignored me. He got down with a stethoscope and listened to the kitchen wall, opened it up and found a copper pipe had a pin hole spraying water that was running on the concrete slab and under my bedroom carpet 15 feet away.
