The technician showed up right on the designated time. Went right to work and located the leak and had a temporary sleeve on the leak in less than two hours.Our leak was under the concrete floor. The technician we had was John Craciun very knowledgeable and got the job done with a great amount of skill. Recommend an excellent plumber to put a permanent fitting on the leak. Today I met with Jay Blizzard at my friend’s home because she was out of town. Jay called before he came and was very pleasant and professional explaining what he was doing to detect a leak and how the process worked. We got my friend on the phone and he explained everything to her as well. At the end of the process I felt very educated about how leaks occur, the different types of leaks and how different materials are affected by water and moisture. I appreciated the time he took to explain everything. If we ever have signs in our own home I will definitely call Sleuth Leak Detection and ask for Jay.
