We were receiving many letters from Sarasota County Utilities regarding our meter constantly running. We discovered that we had a very slow leak of 22 gallons a day. We could not figure out where it was coming from so I called Sleuth. They sent John Cracium, Field Technician, out the next morning. John was very knowledgeable, polite, and just an awesome person. He found the leak within 20 minutes! Luckily it was just a bad outside hose valve - nothing under our slab which I was SO grateful! John kept my husband and I informed every step of the process and taught us many things about valves. He even ran a pressure test to make sure nothing else was wrong with the pipes. John even put on a temporary cap on the valve so that we wouldn't have more leaks until the plumber could replace the valve. We are incredibly grateful for John and Sleuth Leak Detection! It was worth every penny for finally figuring out where that leak was located! Thank you so much!

Riverwalk Apartments discovered the Leak on Thursday, of last week and after a week of trying to find it and not being Successful. We called Sleuth Leak Detection, and they sent us Ryan. Ryan was here right when he said he was going to be. He called me twice, once to verify that I was going to be here and the other to let me know that he was on the way. He told me exactly what he was going to do, what to expect so I would not be taken off guard with any unnecessary additional damages (there was none), 5 minutes later he called my name and said " I found it" I walked over and found a small but steady Gaiser flowing from my parking Lot.
