Philip Eddy of sleuth leak detection spent a long time checking all possibilities and explaining and demonstrating to me that there was no leak consistent with what a plumber had indicated. He checked and double-checked all scenarios and found that there had been an outside faucet that was open and probably making it appear that there was a slab leak. The problem was actually with aging shut off valves. This saved me thousands of dollars in repairs that I had been led to believe were necessary.

Started off a bit rough. No one called and no one showed on appointment day. Found out the next day they had the wrong phone number for me. Rescheduled for two days later. Got a call from the tech to confirm so I knew things were good. He called me a little later, asking for my address as he was Not finding my house. Turns out they had the wrong house number listed as well. Numbers just off by a few. Anyway, once Jay got here He did a wonderful job of finding the issue and explaining what it was doing and how it happened. He was very patient and complete in his descriptions of what he found. I have a much clearer picture now of what I need to do to fix this. Thank you for the help. And yes, I would use this company again if needed.
