I gotta give Eric B some serious props! The dude was a lifesaver for my household! I was convinced I smelled something funky in my daughter's room, but my husband thought I was totally bonkers... I even brought in a plumber to sniff out the problem, and he told me it wasn't sewer gas, so I almost canned my appointment with Sleuth and trusted the plumber instead - yeah, over my husband, lol! But Eric drove four hours to do a smoke test for me, and not only did we find the leak exactly where I thought it was, but we also found another one in my kitchen pipes! I'm super grateful for Eric's awesome work! Hopefully, now my daughter won't be sick all the time, and we finally figured out the mystery illness that had her doctors stumped! Very fast acknowledgment of contact from the web even on a Saturday. Scheduled for the following week called and pulled appointment in a day. John, the tech who came out was professional and courteous. Explained everything he was doing. Found leak and exposed it making it very easy for a plumber to come out and fix the problem.
