Sleuth responded quickly to a hot water leak I had under the slab in my garage. I called late in the afternoon and Bobby showed up first thing the next morning. He was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He quickly located the leak, excavated the concrete and exposed it for the plumber. Hired Sleuth to find where the water was coming from in our office.
It didn’t take long for Phillip to find the source of water intrusion (hairline cracks on the outside walls). He is super knowledgeable and patient!
He explained everything and instructed me on how to fix the problem. He also performed a test to check the integrity of the pipes, which thankfully were intact.
