Technician Phillip Eddy arrived at our house right as scheduled and asked about our problem. I showed him where the general area of the leak was and then he used his stethoscopic wand to quickly find the leaking joint underground after some digging and removing roots.
He was professional, friendly and appropriately dressed, and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend this company.

Jay gave us a complete analysis of our problems with water vapor penetration. He carefully and patiently explained what was causing our particular situation. Quick and efficient

Philip, the service technician for a leak detection, checked my system in and out, and I told him I think it might be irrigation. We dug out the irrigation. He dug up the irrigation box and there was a control valve leaking a little at a time.

I had Sleuth leak detection to my condo in search of a serious water leak. The technician John Craciun was amazing!!!! I cannot say enough good about this company and John did an amazing job of not only locating the leak which was in a very difficult place underneath the unit, but was able to put a temporary fix on the leak by putting a clamp on the pipe to stop the leak. This allowed me to use the water in my unit until the pipes get replaced by a plumber. I highly recommend Sleuth Leak Detection and technician, John Cracium if you are ever in need of finding the source of a water leak in your home. They are the best!!!!!

What a great experience - from call into office, to setting up a time, to same day phone call, to call at the property as Phillip Eddy walked through, to Phillip's professional and helpful manner. Not a fun time to worry about possible property leaks - but Phillip was amazing and professional - and great news for us, no leaks detected.

My water meter was running slowly, but constantly, and I could not figure out where the leak was coming from. Phillip was the technician who came to check on the issue and he was great! He first turned the water off to the house to see if that would stop the meter. It did not, so he knew the leak was outside. The first place he looked was at the backflow, and once he turned the water off that would run through it. He saw that the meter stopped so he knew that was the source of the leak. He dug up the area around the pipe and found the leak! I am now in dialogue with the plumbing company, who made that repair to see what they will do to correct the issue. Not only did Phillip Discover the leak, but he helped educate me about some systems in my house that are important for me to know. I think he has to be the best technician in the Sleuth company and he really deserves a raise!!!😊😂

Phillip was my technician who actually arrived ahead of scheduled time. He was very knowledgeable and detailed about his findings. He was able to determine that the leak was under sink cabinet. I had a plumber come out and fix the leak. Phillip even followed up after to see how things went. Highly recommend to pinpoint leak.

Phillip did a very good job he found my leak and found some other issues that I need to fix. I highly recommend him and the company.

John Cracuin was my field technician and he was awesome. He spent around 2+ hours reviewing my leak issue and discovered I had a really bad drain problem that caused the water in the guest bathroom. The actual water leak was determined to be at my outside hose area. Not a main issue! But the drain problem is causing an issue.
I was told to call my plumber and have him call John direct to get the repair needed for my drain issue.
I would highly recommend Sleuth Leak Detection to anyone who has a plumber tell them they have a leak. Plumbers can’t tell where the actual leak is BUT Sleuth Leak Detection can!
