I couldn't be more satisfied with Eric and Sleuth Leak Detection. I am truly impressed with both the quality of work and professionalism.We had a sewer gas smell in our bathroom and called a plumber who recommended Sleuth to us to smoke out our system and find the source. We did not have a proper cleanout for them to work with, but Eric persisted and looked in every possible place to find where one might be. Eventually he found where one should be placed (but had never been installed) and then continued to assess our issues even though a smoke test wouldn't be possible. He found the problem and saved us time and money. The explanation of the issue was clear and thorough; and he nade sure to take the time to clean up after himself.Excellent service, excellent value, knowledgeable and professional 5/5.

10 STARS... Kyle came out the same day we called. He is extremely knowledgeable, very kind and very professional. He found EXACTLY where the leak was, under our tile floor, and carefully took the exact tile out. He escavated under the slab and clamped the leak off so that we can use our water until the plumber is able to come make the full repair. Then he cleaned everything up so neatly and didn't make a mess at all. I'm actually surprised at how exact and precise he was in finding the pin-point spot of the leak. We are just so pleased with Sleuth Inc. and so thankful that they have such a wonderful, knowledgeable young man as Kyle Roberts working for their company. We HIGHLY recommend them... and if you're in the Sarasota or Manatee area, ask for Kyle.

We have been dealing with sewer gas smells for several years in our lower level apartment. We completely renovated it after Hurricane Ian and although it looks beautiful, it smells terrible.Marty was able to pinpoint the source of the gas. It really did take some sleuthing and he didn't quit until all aspects, potential sources and theories were exhausted. We have a plumber scheduled to make the repairs. If I could give more stars I would.

My insurance company had Travis Crabtree with American Leak Detection come to my home to check and see if I had any leaks, Travis concluded in his report that I did not have any leaks. Travis stated that all my issues are from wear and tear, I requested that Travis go through my crawl space to check if any of the pipes were leaking under the house, and he told me that he does not need to do that because my outside pressure test was fine. I called Sleuth Leak Detection and Jay Blizzard came out and went through the crawlspace under my house and found two leaks. If American Leak Detection would have been as thorough as Jay, then my leak would have been discovered and repaired already. Jay was very professional and took the time to everywhere to ascertain why I was having the issues and took the time to explain how and why my issues are happening. I will be using Sleuth if I have any need for leak detection services in the future.Brian

The entire team at Sleuth was professional and courteous. We had conflicts with our original appointment, and the office staff was very accommodating in rescheduling. Mathew did a great job locating our leak and even contacted our plumber to have them call us. We were very pleased with their work!
Great service. Ryan met me very early in the morning, quickly found the leak under the slab and with his help was able to get the office up and running by noon.
