Sleuth inc. responded incredibly quick to our request for leak detection at our residence.

Eric and Bobby did a fabulous job!

John came over and Very professionally found the location of the leak under the slab. We had him open up the terrazzo floor, which you did a great job of minimizing the damage. He put a quick fix on the source of the leak, but then discovered a little more moisture and a little more investigation, and we found a second leak. Due to his experience and taking his time we got a great result. Would recommend John to help you with your leak.

After a week without water do to a plumbing leak which caused flooding in the house, Bobby Johnston arrived and made our day. He not only detected the leak but went through the floor and slab to put a “bandaid” on the pipe and get our water back on. Eric Morales appeared in the driveway the morning following a distress call alerted Sleuth Leak Detection that we had a “water, water, everywhere” problem. Eric was informative, professional, and persistent as he worked like a detective attempting to locate and temporarily stop the leak. He prepped the site for excavation by my plumbers, and he called them directly to discuss both his detection process and how the plumbers should/could remedy the situation. I was immensely impressed!!

This young man came and explained everything he was doing and found our leaky pipe outside our home. He was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Could not have had any better service!!!

If u are trying to determine where a leak is located - cut the chase and call Sleuth. They have the equipment and the skilled technicians to quickly find the problem - allowing you to move forward quickly to a fix. Today SleuthTechnician Marcus - was excellent- good communicator, professional, and able to quickly locate and temporarily plug a wall leak, with minimal dry wall damage. Instead of drilling lots of dry wall exploratory holes - call Sleuth!!

In addition, I had another leak 2 months later, and John came out. This was much more difficult to find as it was under the slab. John worked diligently and eventually located the leak, drilled in through concrete to get to it and applied a temporary clamp. He was kind and professional and did an excellent job. Sleuth is AWESOME and is the ONLY team I would recommend for leak detection! Thanks Again to Bobby and John!!! 6 Stars!

The Tech arrived in a timely manner and was very personable and professional. Joe Craciun troubleshot and located the leak below one of our carport areas to within inches of the pipe fault. The actual fault was a pinhole leak of about 160 gal hour and he only needed about a 1 foot hole to access and patch the pipe. Well Done !

Marcus was prompt, explained everything very well and was a pleasure to talk to.
He found the leak with precision, minimizing the signature of the access hole needed.
