My insurance company had Travis Crabtree with American Leak Detection come to my home to check and see if I had any leaks, Travis concluded in his report that I did not have any leaks. Travis stated that all my issues are from wear and tear, I requested that Travis go through my crawl space to check if any of the pipes were leaking under the house, and he told me that he does not need to do that because my outside pressure test was fine. I called Sleuth Leak Detection and Jay Blizzard came out and went through the crawlspace under my house and found two leaks. If American Leak Detection would... have been as thorough as Jay, then my leak would have been discovered and repaired already. Jay was very professional and took the time to everywhere to ascertain why I was having the issues and took the time to explain how and why my issues are happening. I was able to get an appointment very quickly for a possible under slab leak. Phillip, the field technician, called and gave precise times of when he would be on property. He was very thorough and able to find the leak which was in several areas, but thankfully, not under the slab.Wry professional and I highly recommend.

I want to thank Matt for doing an outstanding job in helping me find my hot water leak underneath the pavers outside the main living area. then I called ross plumbing, from Leesburg, Florida, and when Jonathan dug down, he discovered that the hot water line had never been glued into the t- fitting, going to a sink in our Casita.
