The technician Phillip Eddy was polite, professional and efficient. He isolated, exposed and clamped our leak. He explained everything very well both before and after the repair. I don't want to need this company again but if I do, I would ask for Phillip.

I found myself in need of a leak detection service for a pipe burst beneath a home foundation. I decided to give Sleuth a try and they sent out a fantastic technician named John for service. He was punctual, transparent, professional and most importantly made efficient efforts to discover the issue. In my opinion he was a golden ambassador to represent the company and I couldn’t be happier with choosing Sleuth based on his work.

John, the technician who came by, was amazing. He explained everything he was doing in great detail and was supremely professional with it all. Extremely thorough with his inspection and excavation. He was also really respectful and friendly with my Autistic son who tends to be a bit nosy, asks a lot of questions, and unintentionally gets in the way. Lol.

I gotta give Eric B some serious props! The dude was a lifesaver for my household! I was convinced I smelled something funky in my daughter's room, but my husband thought I was totally bonkers... I even brought in a plumber to sniff out the problem, and he told me it wasn't sewer gas, so I almost canned my appointment with Sleuth and trusted the plumber instead - yeah, over my husband, lol! But Eric drove four hours to do a smoke test for me, and not only did we find the leak exactly where I thought it was, but we also found another one in my kitchen pipes! I'm super grateful for Eric's awesome work! Hopefully, now my daughter won't be sick all the time, and we finally figured out the mystery illness that had her doctors stumped! Thanks, Eric and Sleuth! 😊

Very fast acknowledgment of contact from the web even on a Saturday. Scheduled for the following week called and pulled appointment in a day. John, the tech who came out was professional and courteous. Explained everything he was doing. Found leak and exposed it making it very easy for a plumber to come out and fix the problem.
