I had an excellent experience with John Craciun from Sleuth Leak Detection. I was dealing with a mysterious issue of high water bills but couldn’t pinpoint the problem. He quickly scheduled a time to come out and assess the situation.From the moment he arrived, it was clear he was an expert in his field! He took his time using specialized equipment to locate the source of the leak under my foundation. He explained the process every step of the way which put my mind at ease! Ryan and Eric did a terrific job locating two leaks, both of which were well hidden and difficult to locate. They stuck to the detection process and were not satisfied until they located the problem areas. Very well satisfied with their work.

I have unfortunately had to call Sleuth Leak detection more than once for our old and aging 2 story home. Phillip Eddy was absolutely the best. He spent almost 2 hrs trying to find my newest leak. He really taught me a lot about my plumbing and how seemingly small things, like a fill valve on your toilet can be “draining” your light bill if you live in town. I really appreciated his time, his kind demeanor, his punctuality, and his experience. I hope the owners at Sleuth appreciate a valuable employee like him.
Ryan and Eric communicated their arrival time in advance and showed up right on schedule. They were very thorough in explaining everything they were doing and were able to find the leak under my house within about 30 minutes. They provided great service and were very personable. Excellent experience and will use for any future leak detection... although hopefully not needed.
Bobby was very polite and he arrived on time. He knew his job and he finished the job in about an hour which was great. We had a leak underneath our garage floor. He busted the floor up and fixed the leak.

Philip Eddy was our field technician. He was very thorough and explained everything along the way. He found the leak! I highly recommend Sleuth Leak Detection. There was damage to our hardwood floors which was caused by unknown leaks. Sleuth’s response to my call was immediate. They were sensitive to my problem and the need that it be handled expediently. The plumber had told me there was not a leak in the pipes. And recommended Sleuth to us. From the moment Bobby Johnston came into my home, I felt his concern. I knew he would be totally honest about what he discovered. He reassured me he would not leave until he found the solution to the problem. He was extremely efficient in explaining what he found as he looked for where the problem existed. While he was cleaning up he even spoke to my realtor and me about what he discovered. He shared a video of exactly where the leak was occurring. I really cannot fully explain how his sensitivity, expertise and explanation took away the anxieties I was feeling about our problem. I highly recommend Sleuth Leak Detection without any reservation.

Explanations were clear and concise.He went over what I should do to remedy the water usage amounting to three times normal.He was very thorough and professional.Highly recommend Sleuth Leak Detection and John. Phillip was excellent to work with. He quickly located our leak, and when the plumber came out the leak was right where Phillip said it was.
Phillip saved me $11,000! We had 2 plumbers out to our home that assured us our pipes under the slab were leaking and we needed to re-pipe our entire home. When Phillip arrived it took him 30 seconds to detect the leak and determine it was not coming from under our home and instead was related to our sprinkler system. He was very professional and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I would hire this company prior to any plumbing work!

What a BLESSING Phillip was for our family today doing pressure & water tests to all of our plumbing. I’m going to compare this to a medical issue: putting your faith in a primary care physician, when you truly need a cardiologist! If you are experiencing a water issue, don’t start with a plumber, USE Sleuth LLC to DIAGNOSE the real issue. Additionally, we spent & threw away nearly $900 over 4 months (sleepless nights) when we could have spent $350, and got resolution day 1. Don’t think twice, just call them. Thanks so much!!!
