John Snyder did a most thorough job, examining every aspect of the pool, the inlets and outlets, and all the pump mechanism and valves - and even did an in-water inspection. Absolutely 5-star professionalism. He's a nice guy too and took the trouble to explain what he was doing and why. If I ever have any possible pool leaks in future, I'll certainly use him and Sleuth. Highly recommended.

We received a water bill that was outrageous after the meter was read and we were told that we used 40,000 gallons of water in a month! Kevin came to check my home for water leaks and he was awesome. Phillip quickly diagnosed the probable cause of the leak and provided a solution. Checked around the house to ID other potential areas for leaks. Took the time to answer all my questions. Phillip was awesome he arrived on time , listened to my description of the water leak problem, then went to work with his detection equipment ….it was not easy to locate the leak (in my opinion) but his thoroughness paid off and he made his mark on the floor where he likely thought the leak was coming from . He offered to save the tile and break the concrete slab under the carpet and further identify the exactLocation and possible repair it temporarily … he broke up the slab and was able to find the leak physically and then placed a temporaryPatch on the pipe so I could still inhabit my house he left marking and talked meThrough the location so I could let the plumber know tomorrow where the leak was for a quick fix … slueth and Phillip are highly recommended

My elderly mother had a slab leak and the plumber cut the water off to stop the water intrusion. We were told it would be a week before Sleuth could come.to locate the leak. I called and spoke to Julie and she worked some magic with Kevin and got us on the schedule for the next day. Kevin was fantastic on the job got it done and explained everything.
