Jay is very knowledgeable, professional with outstanding interpersonal skills. Jay assisted our three separate condo associations to determine if we have an underground water leak on our properties. He guided us in a simple and straightforward manner in the preparation of today's assessment. He is patient, honest and informative of his findings as we entered and exited each building. Thankfully, we do not have an underground leak. Now, we must convince our combined 320 unit owners to engage in the community- wide efforts to decrease the unnecessary usage of potable water, I. E. Leaky toilets and flappers, the most likely culprit. Unbelievable, the amount of water that is wasted via leaky toilets, the wasteful expense in both water and the sewage costs for clean water. Along with gathering the information I needed to provide the county, Philip went above and beyond in his explanations about how different systems work - toilets, water pressure, irrigation systems, those pipes that stick out of your roof. Sleuth Leak Detection, represented by Phillip, was terrific. They responded quickly and were able to find the leak and start the process to getting it repaired. Phillip was knowledgeable, efficient and personable. He took the time to explain things and to lay out the choices and next steps. A young man Bobbie , from Sleuth, showed up at my Granddaughters condo and explained what he would be doing in order to find a leak that she had somewhere!!! I couldn't be more satisfied with Eric and Sleuth Leak Detection. I am truly impressed with both the quality of work and professionalism.We had a sewer gas smell in our bathroom and called a plumber who recommended Sleuth to us to smoke out our system and find the source. We did not have a proper cleanout for them to work with, but Eric persisted and looked in every possible place to find where one might be. Eventually he found where one should be placed (but had never been installed) and then continued to assess our issues even though a smoke test wouldn't be possible. He found the problem and saved us time and money. The explanation of the issue was clear and thorough; and he nade sure to take the time to clean up after himself.Excellent service, excellent value, knowledgeable and professional 5/5.

10 STARS... Kyle came out the same day we called. He is extremely knowledgeable, very kind and very professional. He found EXACTLY where the leak was, under our tile floor, and carefully took the exact tile out. He escavated under the slab and clamped the leak off so that we can use our water until the plumber is able to come make the full repair. Then he cleaned everything up so neatly and didn't make a mess at all. I'm actually surprised at how exact and precise he was in finding the pin-point spot of the leak. We are just so pleased with Sleuth Inc. and so thankful that they have such a wonderful, knowledgeable young man as Kyle Roberts working for their company. We HIGHLY recommend them... and if you're in the Sarasota or Manatee area, ask for Kyle.
